Some of the frequently asked questions by the States/ Cities and clarifications by MoHUA are outlined below:
Q.1 – Who can access the dashboard?
Answer – The dashboard can be accessed by authorized representatives of the National/ State or City level organizations. The organizations at the national level includes the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and its Project Management Unit (PMU). At the state level it includes the State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA) for urban transport and, at the city level it includes, Municipal Corporations/ Councils, Development Authorities, metro rail companies, bus operating agencies/ SPVs etc.
Q.2 – How to Register?
Answer – The authorized representatives can go to the registration page by clicking on the signup icon given on the top right hand corner of the home page. After filling the registration form, save the details, an acknowledgement email will be sent on the registered e-mail address. Once the information submitted are approved by the Administrator, a mail shall be sent with the login credentials.

Answer – The details of the metro rail systems and bus systems can be accessed by the authorized representatives of the concerned department, SLNA of the respective state, MoHUA and its PMU.
